By participating in the LITE 92 Movers Campaign (the "Campaign"), participants consent to authorized representatives of LITE 92.1 CKPC-FM (the "Station") and Dufferin Communications Inc. (the "Campaign Organizer") accessing the exterior portion of their property solely for the purpose of collecting items placed on the participant's curb. A Station representative shall not enter a participant's residence, garage, or enclosed structure. Participants acknowledge and agree that all items placed on their curb for collection are voluntarily donated and permanently relinquished, and upon pickup, ownership and possession will immediately transfer to the Station, with no possibility of return under any circumstances. Participants represent and warrant that all items donated are safe to handle, store, and transport, and do not contain any hazardous materials, toxic substances, illegal items, or anything otherwise prohibited by law. The Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which items are eligible for collection and to refuse to collect any items that do not meet the Campaign criteria. Only participants selected by the Station will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable municipal by-laws relating to curbside collection. The Station shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, or other enforcement action resulting from a participant's non-compliance with municipal by-laws. The Station reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or suspend this Campaign at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Campaign, participants will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident. Participants acknowledge that participation in this Campaign may be inherently dangerous and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Campaign Organizer and its parent, affiliated or related companies, and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Campaign.
